Drafted.gg is a global leader in esports tournaments and live broadcast content. We create unforgettable experiences for millions of gaming fans worldwide. Now, we are launching a brand-new production studio in Ostrava - and we need a powerhouse leader to run it.

About the role

Do you like video games or esports? Would you like to work in the esports industry? You’ve come to the right place! For our studio based in Ostrava, we are looking for a Studio Manager to oversee the day to day operations. You will:

• Own the Studio: Take full strategic and operational control of our brand-new Ostrava hub, steering its daily success and aligning it with our global vision.
• Build & Inspire the Team: Champion workforce planning, lead high-energy studio-wide syncs, and foster an inclusive, high-performing team culture.
• Launch & Scale Exciting Projects: Take the reins on new studio initiatives, guiding them seamlessly from first-draft planning to post-launch victory.
• Guarantee Broadcast Excellence: Oversee high-end tech equipment, keep inventory dialed in, and monitor live streams to ensure our global broadcasts are absolutely flawless.
• Drive Performance & Growth: Keep operations sharp by analyzing stream metrics, managing local budgets, and coaching your team to hit new milestones.

What you bring

• The Experience: Proven background in operations management (experience with 24/7 or shift-based environments is a massive plus).
• People-First Leadership: A natural ability to inspire, manage, and coordinate diverse teams under pressure.
• Business Acumen: Hands-on experience tracking KPIs, managing budgets, and overseeing financial approvals.
• A Execution Mindset: You are a proactive problem-solver who takes extreme ownership of results.
• Spoken and written level English proficiency is a must.
