Team Leadership: Proven experience leading a HW/Electrical R&D team (setting goals, managing projects, conducting HW and design reviews).
Technical Expertise:
End-to-end HW development (from concept, CAD 3D modeling, and 3D printing to a physical product).
In-depth knowledge of electrical wiring, power distribution systems, and PCB design.
Solid understanding of mass production requirements and DFM (Design for Manufacturability).
Fluent English: Excellent communication skills (C1) for daily collaboration with an international team and presentation to global clients.
Startup Mindset: A proactive drive to take ownership, innovate in a fast-paced environment, and make a tangible impact.
